Telkom has terrible customer service and is a terrible internet service provider - Don't ever use Telkom

We had an DSL line with Telkom and the line wasn't working on a regular basis and when it was working, it was terribly slow. We then had to convert the line back to a normal line and since last year November we have been trying to cancel the Telkom line. We have phoned the Telkom call centre at least 5 times and once we phoned the accounts department, we have even visited a Telkom shop, last year, but the line has still not been cancelled since last year November. Just over a week ago, some Telkom representative phoned me and said that he will cancel the line backdated to Jan this year, which also doesn't make sense, because our first attempt to cancel was during November last year. Today we have received another account from Telkom. Terrible Terrible Telkom service, rather use another provider. We will never ever use Telkom
