Dont do business with them

Getting them to do anything is a struggle, you get sent from pillar to post, speak to multiple people in multiple departments each time having to repeat the story, and each person gives you different awnsers

We have been trying to get out landline moved to a VOIP line for 6 months now and are no closer to that than when we got started, and whats worse is we get a bill for this line that doenst work every month

We would like to speak to someone who works for Telkom that actually can speak intelligibly and knows what they are doing to sort this out. No company should be allowed to be this bad at something and keep existing
