Telkom HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVECE FOR BUSINES LINES

Telkom has poor customer Service, we Called them since 26/03/19 to report that our switchboard is not working, we can not make calls and can't receive any, we having a problem communicating with our clients, Telkom is a big service provider and should know that we are running a company too, month end the will be money deducted in the company account but we cannot work because the DO NOT WANT TO FIX OUR LINE, I have spoken to Thando who said will call us back which he did not. The call center agents don't even know what they are doing
