Telkom has PATHETIC SERVICE and why NO ONE HELP ME GET MY INTERNET ON?!

TELKOM!!! I have been without internet for 2 weeks! NO ONE CAN HELP ME!! I am frustrated and disappointed having spent R250 airtime to call consultants because I get NO RETURN CALLS and NO UPDATES! I've troubleshooted for all of Friday morning, I've even DRIVEN TO A TELKOM STORE TO CONFIGURE THE ROUTER! And STILL NO INTERNET!!! I am frustrated and exhausted. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
