Telkom has pathetic service again

Telkom SA is by far thee worst service provider in South Africa, wow absolutely pathetic ,*********** staff with no idea how to actually do their job! That goes for EVERY Telkom in Port Elizabeth!!!!! Cannot even upgrade my line from a 2mbps to a 20mbps after trying to call 20 times wasting so much airtime. This company is pathetic and the owner should feel ashamed that this is the service given to customers
