Telkom has pathetic service

Good day, so after thinking it would be easier to order devices online from Telkom I realized my nightmare had just begun. Feeling very irritated at the moment, calling their customer service line is like a horror movie. Money gets deducted from your account for the devices you ordered but no one can tell you when you will receive them. First it is seven working days from placing order then it is seven working days after money is deducted then it is seven to fourteen days after receiving SMS with tracking order. Now I'm really confused! Would it not be better to cancel order and go in to the store instead. Apparently Telkom does not have regional managers for complaints. Very interesting! So hopefully by the time they deduct my next payment which is due in a few days I just might receive my devices which I am paying for already. Here goes two years of hell with Telkom! ?
