Telkom has officially left me speechless

I am astonished. ASTONISHED. I have been trying to sort an issue out with Telkom since September. I spoke to a rude and impatient manager Sanele Dlamini who simply dropped the line, after holding for 30 minutes, when I asked for her email address. I have taken this query to the ombud now because I simply cannot get any help.

I am amazed and frankly speechless at the incompetence of these people.....wow
