Telkom has not refunded my money yet even after confirming in writing that they would do so.
Telkom responded, on 22 May and on June to my complaint lodged on 8 May, confirming that they will return my money as per the outcome of a previous complaint and investigation, but have made no attempt to return such. Telkom even listed an Interaction R E F: A I 3 0 7 1 9 7 5 TAKE ACTION! RETURN MY MONEY NOW, TELKOM!
