Telkom has not refunded me

<p>I am extremely unhappy with Telkom Mobile. I had a refund due to me on my cellphone contract & I have not been paid the refund for the last 2 months despite my numerous phone calls. NO ONE has called me however the case was closed. How can you close a case when the client was not contacted on their land line & cell phone. I am extremely upset. Even after calling the call centre to follow up,Xolani Lephotho on 05/12/2016 advised me someone from the BACK Office would contact me on my work number or my cell number. I am still awaiting their call. Simply PATHETHIC is the apt word to describe the service that Telkom Mobile provides. Kindly process the refund due to me for cell number ********** 731 into my FNB savings account : ********** 3183 branch code : 250655 immediately. By the way these are the exact same banking details that were provided to you when the contract was signed up.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
