Telkom has no technical staff??
Telkom has sunk to new low. They msg to advise of technical fault but at follow up we get told no technical staff to deal with fault. YET we see technical van in area but technician says can't help it's not HIS area. No line Service for 4 weeks?<br> Escalation 721916.
