Telkom has no service at all.

So went to Telkom store Maponya, This mean lady by the name of Mpho assisted me, well she looked like she didn't even know what she was doing. After i left the store i realized that TELKOM or Her activated CLIR ( CALLER LINE IDENTITY RESTRICTION) called telkom later that day and was on hold for a whole full hour, some lady by the name of Princess picked up and was like "we cannot assist, all i can do is log a call and we will revert back". She gave me a case number which I've been using but to date i haven't been able to get any feedback. Whenever i receive a call it says "UNKNOWN" i have to quess who's calling, called again and i spoke to Minihle Ndelu, she said "system is offline, can't assist. Can we take your details" i refused to hang up as I've been on hold for hours. She said i must send an email to "Sinehlanhla Thabethe", shes the manager and she advised she will get back to me ASAP, but quess what? Haven't received anything n my issue hasn't been resolved.... TELKOM IS WHAC****!!!
