Telkom has no service

Pathetic service. Telkom decided our business landline of 15 years cant be a copperline anymore but a landline look alike. So they just blocked the number without having plan B ready and without notifying us. now I have spent the last week phoning then and visiting their Centurion branch on a daily basis to get our phone working again. Everything is the system's fault. Any small business being without its primary advertised number feels it to have that line not working for a week. This is pathetic
