Telkom has NO service

Reported the line since 23 December. Telephone pole falling down. Nobody has reported it or tried to fix it. I conduct an online business with no internet. I had to buy a Vodacom modem with data which is costing me R300 per week. Nobody seems to care that the telephone and adsl lines are down.
