Telkom has no remorse

I hate telkom with a passion. My landline has been out of service for one month.. But telkom is fast to send me the bill. Please I'm begging for you to please fix the landline. My parents are old, dad disabled and we need the phone. Telkom has no heart honestly. Make the elderly go to their neighbors home to hold for someone to take their call over an hour. Wake up man.
