TELKOM HAS NO QUALIFIED PEOPLE HANDLING ACCOUNT CANCELLATIONS!!

For the past 4 years, after my contract has ecpired and I have cancelled it, they are still debiting my account. I have sent e-mails, I have phoned, I have cancelled each debit order (at great cost!). All to no avail. I cannot understand that there is no way to stop them *****ing my money!!
