Telkom has no love for Customers
My dad took out a contract for me and him with Telkom.
The service at the shop was amazing we were very happy with the service.
A week ago Telkom blocked our phones apparently due to payment that as not received when they had deducted all the money that was needed. From both accounts. We have been calling and they have been advising that it will be unblocked but still nothing. My dad and I use our telkom numbers for business but now you can imagine how i business is flopping cause the numbers we use are both suspended.
We have bot called but clearly Telkom does not care cause even now our numbers are still blocked. This is only the begining of the contract and I already feel like i can close it. Such disgusting service indeed
To date no feedback, no update and still no use of my phone.
My dad has done countless visits to the store but webstill cant get any assistance.

Endless calls still taking place, even their customer service personnel is rude. Sinelisiwe, Jaden, Tebogo and Banele empty promises and nothing till now!
