Telkom has no Customer support

Im so disappointed in how Telkom has handled my complaint in regards to the upgrade I had done. I send an email about the P40lite that I got, asking them how can I go about as this device is not working for me its useless in plain words. I want to get a new device or I want to cancel my account. So in my email I explained to them that maybe they should gone into more detail, have notices up in the store explaining to customers exactly what the new Huawei is about and that nothing will work on it, there is a lot more involved in just saying that it won't have the play store. I cant do anything thing on this phone my car tracker doesn't work so pray I don't get high jacked as I won't be able to call for help, Telkom app doesn't even want to work sometimes. These are just 2 things that doesn't work my list is endless. All I wanted was someone to help me but then from 1 email explaining my concerns to the next 10 emails not even addressing my concerns. Did you even read my email as each answer was about something different. REALLY!!!! and still no answer back from them about a solution. I'm really so disappointed I have been with them for awhile now and I can't wait to cancel my account im really disappointed.
