Telkom has no customer service for existing clients

My fairly new Telkom account was meant to be on debit order but to my surprise this has not happend and my account is now overdue. I have spent a few hours trying to call Telkom unsuccessfully and also tried finding their banking info to EFT my payment. Their banking details are not on my statement or any where online, simply no where to be found ...... so it is impossible to pay them. Could someone please help!!!! Or do they not want to be paid???
