Telkom has no customer service

In January 2023 I contacted Telkom for an upgrade. I was informed that the phone I wanted will be available the following week. When I contacted telkom again I was told the phone is actually out of stock and they don't know when the phone will be available. Based on this I canceled my order. It took almost 10 days and numerous calls to Telkom to get the cancelation done. 2 days after I confirmed the cancelation a courier delivered a package to my residence from Telkom with the phone that was out of stock. This was on 02 February. I have been trying to get Telkom to reinitiate the contract I canceled or collect the phone. The only thing they keep on telling me is that a manager will get hold of me or the the IT department will look into it. They also said I can go and drop the phone at a telkom store, but the store told me it cannot be done. Can someone from Telkom please assist to resolve the issue.
