Telkom has no customer service and uses false advertising to get customers

<p>Worst client service ever. I made the biggest mistake to get internet with Telkom mobile. They seem to claim that their LTE can get speeds of 60mb per second download and 45mb per second upload. False, I’m in an LTE area so got the Telkom mobile LTE deal but my speeds on a good day is maybe 1mb up and 200kb down. Its so slow a 2mb line is 50% faster. I had this internet since December and have complained to Telkom every month that the connections keep dropping, slow speeds and much more. One of my issues are still open sine March 2016, I have been following up with them ever since. And we must not forget the great response every time I call-in, “Sorry Sir there is no feedback”, “We can’t do anything about it”, “We are waiting for feedback” every time it’s the same. How long can Telkom take to investigate my issue? I’m paying every month for something I’m clearly not receiving and that is a breach of my contract with Telkom. Telkom just lie’s about speeds and connectivity. This is the worst internet ever. Do not get Telkom mobile internet, they are the worst. I never had these issues with MTN, yes it costs more but they have great client services and much better speeds than Telkom.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will take my business back to MTN where they care about their customers. I will defiantly move my whole family’s internet usage to someone that can actually supply good service. I work in IT and keep telling people to stay away from Telkom. Rather use Afrihost or MTN</p>
