Telkom has no customer service

Telkom has been calling me for a couple of months asking if i would like to take a cellphone contract with them so i have been thinking about it . <br> <br> Over the weekend I decided that i will open a contact online for a samsung galaxy s5 as my current cell phone broke . After i completed the application they sent me an email with a contact number and email addy that i can use if i have any queries. <br> <br> i have been trying for the last 3 days to speak to someone that can assist me i have been emailing them with no response, i have been offered numerous amounts of calls backs and this a agent by the name of Williams even dropped the line on me . <br> <br> is this the type of service Telkom offers theirs customers? Do i want to even be a Telkom customer after all of this . <br> <br> not one agent could assist me and all i wanted was to know the status of my application
