Telkom has ****** me !!!

Been their client like forever . Oct 2021 line stopped working , then was still charged for usage . When i called was told i needed to pay for Telkom to even look at the problem . I did so , then they came out , the line worked for about an hour or so then stopped again . Again was charged for usage. Im the one who has to keep calling them . Their customer service is non existent , especially from team leader , who you would think would at least give you an update. AFter months of calling in again was charged and again i had to pay for a line that was not working. I paid. and after a while was told that a refund would be done . The refund was not done , there was a credit passed back to the line so the so called refund ran for a good couple of months towards the installment. been calling and calling now for cancellation and nothing done . Team leader Sibongile promised to resolve and update me . Still nothing. I call and get references and then told that the references are closed , how so, when nothing is done to resolve this? I have attorneys calling me now saying i owe Telkom when it is Telkom that owes me !!!! Its a mission and a half to cancel this line and i want nothing further to do with Telkom .
