Telkom has management? Really!
<p>Just get your useless service department to confirm that they can't solve the problems within reasonable time and that my downtime is 45% in 2 years so that my contracts can be cancelled without costs. I will raise the issues every day on HP until I am satisfied. Lost 5gb of data last month due to your bad service. Please do not get anyone to contact me except someone from senior management on how quickly you can solve my contract issue. Or are they just as useless? YOU ARE *****ING MY MONEY EVERY MONTH</p>
