Telkom has lost my respect

So disappointing how Telkom feverishly tries to sell you their promotions and treat you like a king/queen to get your money . but once signed up , you are treated like absolute *******.Telkom does not value their customers and have no regards to their needs at all.Everyone at Telkom follows a "pass the buck approach"..There is no CEO, Manager, Team Leader , Supervisor at this institution who has the inititive and passion to turn this company into a client centred company ..and none of them are accountable for their terrible service. A simple thing as so cancel a contract has become such a head ache with Telkom... Telkom has lost my respect.
