Telkom has *********** people working for them

On the 5 SEPTEMBER 2017 (NOTE THE DATES PLEASE) I called into telkoms call centre and spoke to call centre agent XOLANI LEPHOTO with regards to CANCELING MY MOBILE CONTACT as I am aware the two year contract would end 15th NOVEMBER 2017 He then explained to me that I should fill in a cancellation form (which he sent me via email) and I should send it to ********** I was informed that I should send the form in a month prior to my contract ending because I would be charged a fee if I cancel it sooner and the turn around time is 21 days??? I SENT THROUGH THE CANCELLATION FORM ON THE 4th OCTOBER 2017. On the 9 OCTOBER 2017 I got a reply from the cancellation department that they are looking for the waybill number and the contract number in question. I rep**** via email the same dam day asking what the waybill number was and where I could find it, and very surprised that the person dealing with my cancellation couldn't dam read properly because if he or she read the cancellation form they'd notice the number in question that needed cancelling was on the form, thereafter no response!!!! Time passed and I got no response. Called into the call centre on 7th NOVEMBER and spoke to a Johannes email address ********** he told me he would log the case if I sent him the emails. On the same day I forwarded the same string of emails to XOLANI LEPHOTO and no response whatsoever. I CALLED INTO THE CALL CENTRE AFTER RECEIVING NUMEROUS CALLS FROM TELKOM SALES DEPARTMENT ASKING ME IF I WANT AN UPGRADE. I was informed that my complaint was never logged. The 15th NOVEMBER, the day the contract ended I went to the WATERFRONT BRANCH CAPE TOWN and spoke to MOGAMMAD ZUHAIR JACOBS email address ********** I explained to him my situation and he asked me a copy of my ID and the cancellation form and he would log a case. At the time I did not have my ID and told him that I'd email it as soon as I got home. He informed me that it would take about three days. That evening on the 15th NOVEMBER I emailed him my ID and got no response from him. On the 21st NOVEMBER I emailed him to ask if he had submitted my documents. On the 23Rd of NOVEMBER HE only responded to me saying that he had been off the past few days and he submitted my documents and his waiting on a response from back office. TODAY THE DATE IS 28 NOVEMBER 2017 I RECEIVED A CALL FROM TELKOM CALL CENTRE ONCE AGAIN asking me if I want an upgrade. Note that it's been 13 DAYS SINCE I WENT INTO THE WATERFRONT STORE AND SPOKE TO MOGAMMAD ZUHAIR JACOBS WHO TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 3 DAYS. I emailed MOGAMMAD ZUHAIR JACOBS again he responded saying "as I said in the last email I sent you your docs were submitted am also waiting on them to email me back to confirm it's cancelled" wow telkom mobile... Besides your ****ty service the main reason why I wanted the contract cancelled was because I hardly ever get signal and your Internet is slow which I endured for two years. If this is your business idea of forced contracts I'm disgusted. I've never ever come across a company with false hope and lies like telkom mobile. Anyone reading this please think twice before considering telkom mobile as your service provider.
