TELKOM has improved a lot

I want to compliment TELKOM. I app**** last week telephonically for uncapped internet. Two days later I got my log in details via sms and another two days later the installation was completed. It was free and included a modem. I found that the whole process went very well. This was much quicker than going to TELKOM Alberton City who wanted my ID, 3 months bank statements and proof of address. This new process TELKOM have of applying over the internet was seamless and a pleasure to deal with. Within less than a week and with almost no effort it was sorted. I tested the line today as well on SPEEDTEST.NET and the speeds was very good. I tried RAIN internet over the previous month and that was a disaster. Keep up the good work TELKOM.
