Telkom has horrible customer service.

I had fibre to the home through telkom and canceled my services in December. I recieved confirmation that my account has been canceled but I still get billed monthly!!! I received an SMS saying I've been handed over to DC Fourie Att, but had no communication from Telkom or DC Fourie. This is absolutely ridiculous. Telkom has horrible customer service!!!! I've read that soooooooo many people have been having this exact same issue and that's the reason why I left telkom. They should just be shutdown!!!!!
