Telkom has got the worse service in ALL Telcoms!!!!!

Telkom offers the worst customer service under the sun. I have spoken to over 30 people to which NONE have resolved my problem. The worse of customer service agent was Ncumisa Jambela, not only was she extremely rude but she also didn't mix her words in telling me that I don't know what I'm talking about and that I'm a ****. Now this is the one person that make Telkom loss many of their customers after me. I have spoke to Xola, Nicolas, Ncumisa to mention but a few. I have spoken to almost everyone from the technical department but my services are still deactivated.

My account is up to date.... I don't owe Telkom anything but it has been a nightmare to this day to have my services activated.

I have not been able to for the past three day work and I run a business from home. This is frustrating!!!
