Telkom has false advertising and don't deliver products you pay for.

Telkom advertises an uncapped internet, 10Mbps including 2GB data sim card and a free Lit TV box. However it can take months to actually get the deal, then they messed up and although paying we were without internet for 2 weeks. There are no Lit boxes at Telkom stores and no guarantee of one being delivered. Also I still have no 2GB sim data as they can't get my sim card registered and in the Baywest Telkom store they said none of ****les they give with the 2GB sims have worked and I can go on a waiting list for a Lit TV box but people have been waiting since October last year and are still on thewaiting list. This is false advertising and I am tired of spending hours trying to get help from 10210,10213 and 10214 that have no solution or answers. I feel we should pay half price till we get the full deal. Are they getting away with this horrific service with every one of these deals.
