Telkom has failed me for over a year. Poor service and lack of customer respect

Where do I even begin? Never in my life has a company treated me with so much disrepect like it did last year. For most of the year I had no telephone service which they didn't bother to fix even after multiple fault reports and patience. and now after 7 weeks of no internet service I call to hear my order has been cancelled?? Why telkom why. I've been a customer to you guys for years and all you do is treat me like *******. Never recommending this company to anyone ever again. and they don't even do anything to make up for it. just taking more of my money whilst i was suffering no data to do work and barely buying bundles to survive. I'm very disappointed in Telkom.
