Telkom has failed it's customers time and time again. Do yourself a favour and close any account you have with them.

Telkom has failed attending to it's customers needs. They are quick to issue invoices but when we need their assistance they fail to assist us. As a paying customer whose accounts are up to date i am very dissapointed. I just want to close all my accounts and i will never open any accounts in future with Telkom or encourage anyone to do business with them.
