TELKOM HAS FAILED IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE

Dear Telkom

You have finally done it. You have ignored a Customer to the point that I am now litteraly concidering writing a bad review on every piece of social media I can get my hands on. YOU are the worst! Let me tell you why:

- In March 2016, I sent in the request form to cancel my land line. I even recieved an email response that Telkom has received this request, and is processing it. Great! NOT!

- 2 months later I still haven't heard anything. I thought this was rediculous and posted to hello.peter that I would like this to be resolved. So Telkom repsonds with a simple generic message saying I need to submit a cancellation form. Like they just completely ignored the fast that I stated in the message that I HAVE ALREADY DONE THIS! I respond with a very clear message: I have already done the paperwork. Telkom has my details. It is now up to Telkom to finish this. I will not do double work, nor will I pay for any bills that have been issued after the 20th of March. This is not my fault.

- Again radio silence. Fast Forward another 2 months. I enter a Telkom store because it is much easier than calling the Customer Service line. They tell me that the line has not been cancelled! 4 MONTHS AFTER I HAVE SUBMITTED THE FORM. THIS IS REDICULOUS TELKOM!! Luckily the kind man at the Telkom store escalated the issue, and I thought I was finally done with this.

- Today: I get an sms saying my Telkom Line is in arrears. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. There is no way I am paying for this Telkom. You can sort out your own issues. If I have to get a Lawyer, I will, because you put yourself in this mess. I refuse to pay Telkom anything, and this is now my final message before I take this to Social Media.

My details:

landline: ********** 870

ID: ********** 088084

Sort it out. Now. I have never been more dissapointed in a service provider in. my. life.
