telkom has done nothing after 4 days to repair cab

Thursday evening (13/08/2015) the Telkom cables were ******. It was only discovered on Friday morning that the whole area was without a telephone line. We sent out smses to the Telkom sms line and was issued with a reference nr. Messaged again on sunday night and the same story. I made 2 calls to Telkom a?don the first call was told that the technicians are busy and we will receive an SMS to notify us that our lines are in w9rking order and on the second call was told that no technicians Has been assigned to fix up the cables
