Telkom has done exceptionally well providing horrible service

The most horrible service provider I have ever met!!! If I had the money to pay off my devices, I would do so and leave them for another provider!!! At first they debited my account on the wrong, and instruction they couldn't justify from where they got it from, it took them weeks to fix and they didn't even reimburse the debit order reversal fees, no team leader wanted to speak to me they are always too busy and they don't return calls, it's only after I came onto the hello Peter platform that someone called me!!! Then I took in my device for repairs and they kept it for 11days without working on it, when I did a follow up they told me that I had to fill in some forms and send an ID copy, something I had already done at 1 of their shops!!! 11days with no communication and they just kept my device, the incompetency is on another level it's like they strive to treat customers like they don't matter. Last night they suspended my account, with no warning, no communication, nothing, an account that has been paid up to date has been suspended with no reason!!!
