Telkom has disgusting service!

With Disgust I write about your store manager Yvette Joseph! Firstly how is this women your store manager. Telkom is going down because of people like her. Our number was ported to Telkom by a Telkom agent now that the aim has been lost and all our personal stuff is linked to this number this rude *********** women says she cannot help and then gives me an incorrect number for her boss. Believe me when I say that I will not let this go. I will contact the consumer board to have this resolved!
