Telkom has consultants who are LIE in order to make sales

Hi, October 2018 a Telkom consultant called me regarding my upgrade for the 2 routers which I had taken....which she said I would get 10 gigs for R139 each routerwhich meant I would pay R279 pm and no longer R217 like I use to pay.....she said the router was free because I told her I still had my routers and they were still working.,, only to find out she was LYING the router is not free!!fine so we agreed on 10gigs for R279....last week when I log on to my emails I see she has added R500 spending limit which we didn’t agree to. The invoice also says I must pay R518.78 by Nov 30 so I call Telkom and the consultant says it’s the amount that will be debited from my account every month.. an amount which I did not agree to. Could you kindly listen to the records since you always tell us you record calls my number is ********** I refuse to pay that amount because your consultant **** to me just to make a sale. In fact I want to cancel this contract if I’m not going to get 10gigs for R279 for both routers.
