Telkom has changed my contract to something i did not sign up for

Telkom has modified my contract package, the call centre can't help me.

I'm struggling to have it back to what I signed up for, they can't give me a record of what they have been giving me every month.

I wan't a record of my benefits since I started on my contract, they can't give me that.
