Telkom has changed its hours of service
I know Telkom is laying off staff but to cut the call centre operating hours to 08:00 to 16:45 and a short period on a Saturday. I thought Telkom was a SERVICE PROVIDER. Non business people are not home by 16:45 and have left for work in the morning by 08:00. Telkom has obviously cut thteir call centre staff. Never mind the customer. Is there anybody at Telkom who can give a plausible answer to why the public have to suffer!
