TELKOM has capacity to hand you to lawyers but not to assist you in queries.

I wrote a review about trying to cancel my line since November 2019. I paid the notice month and even an extra month know that there is always something with Telkom that goes wrong. It is month 7 now. I stopped paying was handed over to lawyers. BTW they don't even answer there telephone! Multiple platforms I asked for assistance getting the same reply " Because of COVID we are working with less staff than usual." Guess what your service was terrible before COVID, don't use it as an excuse. My reference number from 25/11/2019 ***5 - sort it out I'm not paying you a damn cent.
