Telkom has brought me to tears . Worst customer experience ever

I have lost the strength to have my issue resolved , if telkom wants to debit 1200 rand every month for a phone that was never delivered to me , I am not going to try and resolve this anymore . God will deal with you and your *********** workforce . I just want everyone to know how telkom has managed to bring me to tears . I have never been more frustrated and saddened by a company . Everyday is a losing battle , from trying to cancel the contract to now wanting a refund . Instead of reversing the debit order , it still needs to be investigated . I have been crying non-stop .
