Telkom has become the Worst Telecommunications Service Provider

I've been using Telkom for years and lately the connection has turned from bad to worst. I can load airtime and it disappear same as the data that just goes by without connectivity or refuses to connect even when you have data.

Who is to be held accountable for such things and their numbers don't even go through their self service is ridiculous and WhatsApp number is very pathetic nor does it respond to the questions been asked, instead it will give reductant options that are not helpful
