Telkom has become a ******* and unreliabile

Highly disappointed in Telkom Internet service doesnt matter what we have tried LTE , ADSL and now even VDSL we had a 4MB adsl line which was fine but then when theres to much load could not handel it as i use it for gaming so we had to wait 21days for our vdsl 20MB line to be changed and what a bumper its not even getting to 20 mb ut was working perfectly for one day with all devices connected now tonight im the only person and its absalutly terrible what are we paying so much money for ?
