Telkom has bad sevice

so two weeks ago we had a adsl line installed and with our order we requested a 10 mb line be installed. the technician came in and installed a 2mb line and when we told him the order was for a 10 mb line he showed us his order which was a 2mb and so we let him do that on the condition that they would change it to a 10mb line. two weeks now and still no 10mb line which is pathetic in my view. you pay for a service and you dont get what you paid for.
