Telkom has Bad Service

Please don't take out a contract with Telekom. Even when you are done paying your contract they will still continue debitting your account, when you phone help desk they just tell you about additional fees that you owe, fees you didn't sign up for. The last consultant I spoke to today is Zinhle Mbili she really failed to assist me. I canceled my contract 2 months ago she told me that they couldn't pick up the reference number from their side i still need to wait for additional 2 months for the contract to be canceled meanwhile they still deducting from my account. Telkom has bad service all they do is ***** people's money.
