Telkom has always and will always be the worst provider in South Africa

WORST COMPANY EVER and will NEVER CHANGE!!!!!!!!!!!

Submitted a cancellation for Opticon PBX in March 2020 already, spoken on numerous occasions with the relevant departments, promised that this would be resolved.....................and now handed over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would highly, highly, highly recommend to any business out there DO NOT!!! use Telkom for your communication needs. There are plenty of other providers out there that offer way better solutions and service than this joke of a so-called organization. I truly hope that this post costs Telkom tens of thousands of rands in revenue and that business out there does not even consider Telkom as an option.

Telkom if you are reading this and you want to act as a responsibile provider and sort this out like you should and are obligated to, call me.
