telkom has a very bad service

my business has been out line since august 2025 due a sales pearson that offard me a product , and she mislead me my bill went sky up and she didnt even deliver to her promiss and i was bill for them up until now im still with no phone line to my business and internet to do our day to day business im very disappointed to telkom and their staff im so frastrauted by telkom
