Telkom has a very bad sence of business

I am cancelling my service at Telkom because of very poor business. I am with Telkom for years.

I received my salary late one month, and sins then my account is so messed up. Not even Telkom knows what is going on

A debt collector phoned to tell me Telkom handed me over for R90.45. and Thay added the end of the month's bill with it. The bill is due on 30 June but they added it to to R90. Keep in mind Telkom did deduct a debit order on 1 June. And they deducted it the R90 less.

And I must pay them R208.15 because my debit order did not go through on the 24th May. But my debit order is due on the first of ever month. I get paid the last day of the month
