Telkom has a poor service

Telkom has a very poor service I really regret having a contract with them because now I have to wait until my contract ends to get a better internet. I have been having internet issues since last year even today they have not fixed the problem the internet is on and off every time i cant connect happily with the internet its got too much issues and when i called they always saying they will fix it but they don't yesterday a technician came here but he said the problem is in the modem i have to go back to telkom store and change it so I did that today but still i didn't get any help they told me that the problem its the network I have been going there so many times and they once said its because im far from the exchange room..Now i really don't know what to do I think il just have to wait until next year so i can leave telkom and find a good internet service provider..Even if you have a problem they don't help but they are good at selling their poor service
