Telkom harassment

2021 I took out a SIM only contract of R199 . Contract was set for a debit order , one month august 2022 Capitec crashed and I called Telkom SA to ask if I could pay any other way , I was given an Easy pay code to use at PnP . Paid my account at PnP the same day .

Few months later I cancelled my contract. To this day Telkom SA is adamant that I owe them money for not paying via debit order , I am now being harassed for following a call center agents instructions. They are demanding money from me and will not take into account that the account was paid on time just using a different payment method.

Please help me I'm at my wits end
