Telkom harassing via SMS from P&P Attorneys

Telkom's debt collectors and attorneys keep on harassing me via SMS when IDO NOT owe them any money.

P&P Attorneys being the latest from whom I have received an SMS from.

I canceled my ADSL services, which was a month to month service on 16 November 2017 via a Telkom order cancellation form. The reason for the cancellation was because I moved to fiber to the home (FTTH) provider (Webafrica) since Telkom does not have FTTH services in my area.

Telkom canceled the service as requested however continued deducting their debit order from my account as late as the end of January 2018. Subsequently, I instructed my bank to stop the debit order on 19 February 2018.

Time and time I get handed over to debt collectors and attorneys which is wrong. I used to work for Telkom and even tried to have this matter resolved but obviously, it has not.

Telkom's systems are obviously not up to date and I feel frustrated with having to deal with this on a continuous basis.
